$1 billion will be directed to the introduction of renewable energy sources in Tashkent

It is planned to allocate $1 billion for the introduction of renewable energy sources in the capital of Uzbekistan, the president said. Solar panels will be installed in buildings and other facilities. The state will be guaranteed to buy surplus energy from the population and businesses.
